Add ability to choose search orderpreference for downloads on usenet and torrents #809

It would be nice to be able to have the ability to choose search order prefernce for
downloading shows.  Currently by default, usenet is first and then torrents.  However
if you do not have a paid account, usenet is slow.  If the ability were there to choose
torrents first, then usenet, the mcm user would have more flexibility in their searching.

Additionally, perhapps this could even be expanded to include ordering the torrent
sites?

ccrbob: this is a request for a new feature that has not yet been added to Media Center
Master.  Please check the status of an issue first before commenting.
