This has been requested on the forums as well..

Lack of this feature makes MCM completely useless for me. Anidb is a full-featured
metadata provider with a documented API that can be used. Yet your app refuses to implement
it.

Anime, in most cases, does NOT EXIST in most western TV database sites. Anidb indexes
anime files through numerous methods, including crc32 which is nearly fail-proof as
long as files haven't been re-encoded. No reason NOT to make it available.

aelfwyne: please undesrstand that there are tens of thousands of Media Center Master
users and hundreds of Issue Tracker requests. Priority is assigned first to reported
bug fixes and then to features based on (a) how easy they are to implement, (b) how
well they fit with the program, and (c) the number of stars (votes) for that particular
issue.

There's no refusal to implement a scraper for Anidb at all. It's simply one request
on a list with many, many other requests and shouting at the developer will certainly
not make it any more likely that I shift my focus to this request.

FYI: if a request is refused, the status will change to either WontFix or Invalid,
depending on the reason.

I also would love to see. I'd even happily pay extra to see it implemented sooner rather
than later (or not at all).
