Commands to do various actions

Active chatter commands:

!leave - Force to leave the booth (leaving left, no ban)

General chatter commands:

!attack - Slightly increase random attack chance

Mod commands:

!forcenext - Force a certain user to be selected as the next active chatter
!leave - Forces the current active chatter to leave
