Allow chatters to choose where their passport comes from with a command
i.e. users can type !passport Poland or !passport Warsaw
Sususterjan passports could be assigned to/allowed to be set by Mods/VIPs/Staff/etc, or just by some small random chance it can override a chatter's preference
