Update zziplib to 0.13.76 #166

This project uses git tags for releases, so let's use them instead of commit hashes. BUILD_STATIC_LIBS has no effect, and GCOV_PATH is now required (not used though on release builds). Now updating should be as easy as just changing pkgver and replacing the SHA256 checksum.

Nice to see they put the CMake files in the correct place now. In the last release they were still wrong. Thanks for the update!
