This adds a group called pspdev-default which contains all current packages.
Using a group gives us the following benefits:
It makes it easier to install all relevant packages with psp-pacman -Sy pspdev-default.
Allow conflicting packages to exist in the repo. We just need to make sure they are not in the group.
Allow us to exclude specific larger or niche packages from the prebuild toolchain.
I've also added the group to the index pages and updated the docker script. Here is what the index pages look like with this change: https://sharkwouter.github.io/psp-packages/
