Fix libpspvram build when using multiple jobs #24

As I'm only fixing the build process, I didn't modify the pkgrel field.

PR should be closed and not merged. Proper fix is to rewrite and fix pspdev/libpspvram

Exactly, why aren't we fixing it instead of making this tricky fix?

Not needed anymore because @sharkwouter has fixed problem in pspdev fork
