Remove libpspvram in favor or the upstream git repo #32

I found that there is a license for this code, it can be found here: https://github.com/albe/libpspvram

I've taken the files from there and overwritten what we had. There seems to be no code differences from what I can see.

Edit: This PR now removes libpspvram from psp-ports.

Ugly whitespace/linebreak changes... :-1:

I think we should maybe delete it from psp-ports and change the libraries script to use the other repo. (If needed, we can fork the upstream repo to pspdev org later)

Yeah, that might be better. I was thinking removing at altogether might be better as well.

This PR now removes libpspvram from psp-ports. For this to not break anything, the following PR will need to be merged as well: https://github.com/pspdev/psplibraries/pull/68
