Modified libmikmod download url in scripts/libmikmod.sh, and, added correct psptoolchain libpng compiler and linker flags for pixman.

@yoyz @phearus please either update this pull request using yoyz's line (with $PSPDEV) or make a new one. I can't do that right now and don't have much time...
