Depreciate Commands #496

Description

Following the product release notes, adds 13.2 as the maximum supported version for commands or paramters/parametersets scheduled for depreciation:

Get-PASServerWebService (Gen1)
Get-PASSafeShareLogo
Invoke-PASCPMOperation (Gen1)
Get-PASAccountActivity
Add-PASPendingAccount
