Description

Fixes Set-PASPTAEvent & Set-PASPTARiskEvent
- Fixes issue where websession object and auth header were not being sent with the request
Updates Add-PASPTARule & Set-PASPTARule
- Adds scope parameters vaultUsersMode, vaultUsersList, machinesMode & machinesList
- Includes scope property in output by default
