LODES Employment test #52

Steps to test the application of LODES employment data for travel modeling. Steps are currently underway and include:

  1. Un-adjusted LODES inputs (done)
  2. Fix College / Education split (done)
  3. Total Employment adjustment
  4. Large employer adjustments

Python scripts perform all model input creation.
