Create dummy config files for non-estimable models

These are simple yaml files. Include the following models:

• household transition model
• employment transition model
• household relocation model
• employment relocation model (- scaling model - not sure if implemented)

No need of yaml files.

Relocation models are only implemented using a constant rate over ages.
