Virtual Model Attributes #45

I need help to better organize our Model attributes. Currently, we have a ToQUBO.Tol, responsible for tuning both

  1. Continuous variable discretization mean error
  2. Constraint coefficient discretization Should these two be bound to each variable/constraint?
