missing 'Issues commented on gitlab' in 2019 #182

Hi, did doesn't show section 'Issues commented on gitlab' for range --since 2019-01-01 --until 2019-01-07, although I have made quite lot comments in this range.

But shows comments correctly for range in 2018.

How do you get your config to display issues that you commented on? Thanks
