Enhance usability

1. add case insensitive for stock symbols.
2. add watch to update results inline by ticker command

While I appreciate your effort, this won't get merged because of the following reasons:

• loop: ticker vs. ticker.sh - absolutely clueless what the difference is
• loop: watch is an unnecessary dependency, e.g. not a basic shell feature
• loop: no way to choose update frequency
• case-insensitivity: the manual is pretty clear about how to specify symbols, I'd rather leave user input untouched
