Rent scraper fix - wrong "num_bedrooms" #47

following properties show a wrong "num_bedrooms" value when i export to .csv. Not a big deal but Just wanted to point it out in case it affects the rent model

Closing as they will get filtered before modeling, so not a pressing change. If we think this happens enough to change, we can revisit.
