I removed large chunks of the filesystems episode 01-02 that I thought could safely be removed. I changed the commands to reflect the filesystem from episode 01-01. I noticed that this episode has nothing about cp, rm, mv and mkdir, so I tried to include that toward the end of the episode as a table (for now).

very good. I'll merge now and perhaps make some changes due to time contraints.
