What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate toolpath
2. Display cut surfaces
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Getting overlapping surfaces instead of a single continuous surface.

Look at the large E in VEngrave3 in TestVEngrave1.cb for an example.
