Rebuild Toolpath Before Post ignored #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "Rebuild Toolpath Before Post" to "Prompt"
2. generate toolpath
3. produce Gcode, and answer NO when CB ask to rebuild toolpaths

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

toolpaths must not be recalculated if I answer NO

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not totally sure, but I think that the option of the "machining" folder 
"Rebuild Toolpath Before Post" is ignored if set to "Prompt".
(and maybe on "if nedeed", not tested)

If I answer "no", the toolpaths seem still recalculated before generating the 
gcode.

I'll have to take a look at that.  I'm not sure what the trigger into my code 
is for that use case.
