Rotated text doesn't have holes treated correctly #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Draw text block
2. Rotate 180
3. Apply transform
4. Create v-engrave MOP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Holes in letterforms are ignored.
