Add "stablization bars" to physics #17

Kart just wants to flip at the slightest turn at a high speed. Should try adding "stabilization bars" to the physics, or something.

Rolling is still happening, even after adding stabilization bars. Hopefully I can get it fixed soon, but I did add some tweaks to help me figure out what exactly is causing the problem. For now, this issue remains open.
