Update Syslog dashboard #81

Syslog dashboard is little bit crowded let's say. It would be cool have it consolidated and divided into parts like node_exporter dashboard.

There would be following rows

Overview - data that printer sends without configuration gcode
Detail - data that printer sends after running configuration gcode
Logs - logs from printer and detail
Experimental - experimental panels that contains interesting values but also are unstable
