Styling login page

[m-d-s]

Add css / bootstrap styling to the login page. Some attributes that could potentially be styled:

• Centering and sizing the democracy now image
• Adding background image
• Grouping similar elements together and display them visually as being connected

Other things that could be added to login page:

• More description about the project
• Adding a links to our teams web page
