Unbreak the A406 tool change images.

The tool change procedure for the A406 has broken image links. Someone who is familiar with the procedure needs to fix them. Here's a summary of what the broken image links are and (approximately) where they appear in the file:

  • internal image img/undefinedtool.png does not exist (line 77)

It turned out that all the broken links were just things referencing *.png while the files were *.PNG. So, it was actually trivial to fix them.
