Please refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for Hummer II in the EPL on the bookshelf. @clarkatron needs to scan this document and save as a pdf. The only other reference I could find is "operating procedure for gold coating samples using the technics hummer II sputtering system" attached. Maybe this could go in the useful links section of the future SOP
