Controlled vocabulary via Linked Data #19

As a metadata specialist, I would like to link to external controlled vocabularies, so that I can apply controlled values without managing them within the repository.

As a metadata manager, I'd like to be able to use URIs that are translated into the strings in the public view, So that I may use externally managed vocabularies.

This could be a static copy in the Database of LOC terms, and then allow later live queries to LOC. On a weekly basis refresh the static cache for now. This information is for auto completes in the UI and also looking up strings in the import in CSV.

Subjects and Agents from LOC. There could be other ones including the Getty
