Support for nested collections #216

As a curator who recently digitized an entire archival collection, I would like to be able to nest collections, To fully implement PCDM for hierarchical collections.

Archival collections are organized into series and subseries, which may be viewed as sub-collections, which contain folders/containers/components of material at an object level.

May not be necessary with works with filesets, nested works, and structured nested works.
