Before MVP is released, we need to

map out the server architecture for production, qa, staging, and test. (Not sure if we need both staging and test?)
secure domain names, provision and configure VMs
deploy code
document architecture and server specs on wiki, ideally including diagrams

Verify, make necessary changes to capistrano configs, and deploy.
