If a committee member's voting status has been changed to 'Did not vote' (from not voting in time) post-review, keep the 'Send email reminder' button for admins to click. Also, allow their review to be changed in the approver review form.
We have had too many committee members not voting in time. The current process for committee members that didn't vote is to either proxy vote for them, or remove them from the committee entirely. These things are too time consuming.
