Give users the opportunity to interact with our GIS specialists to solve specific problems or answers questions related to geospatial work.

It is not really scalable because there is lots of need for this service.

@olendorf We can hire additional FTEs and/or define better parameters of service to help manage the scalability issue.

For instance only do consultations and not tutoring
