Mellisa is an honors student in sociology. She wants help developing questions and designing her own survey. She has a few scholarly articles on the topic and has a well developed research question. She is not aware of all the challenges related to IRB as well as developing a random sample method for the population she wants to survey. She says she is interested in surveying Penn State students. She is working through some of these challenges with her faculty adviser.
