58 add single directory components to base theme #60

This includes:

Added SDC components for header, alert, breadcrumbs.
Updating mix to compile all scss for all components
Updated templates to use the

This will require changes to the hershey sub theme once we determine how to handle overriding the header components so this should be a 0.3.0 release.
