Enhancements - Pull from NASA for Publications #151

I think it would be beneficial for us to tap into the NASA to pull publications. https://api.nasa.gov/

@nmg110 Which NASA API has the publications info that you're interested in? Do we have examples of publications that NASA shares via API that aren't already in RMD?

There is only one API that I am aware of and that is https://api.nasa.gov The request came to me a long time ago when I helped a faculty member pull in the data to AI.

If you scroll down on the page https://api.nasa.gov/ there is a list of APIs. I'm not sure which one would be relevant to RMD.

That's what I get for not scrolling! HA! I would think the TechTransfer could be our first look.
