Enhancement - Pull from HeinOnline #154

This would be a great place to pull Citation information and some h-index information this screen shot is from Laurel Terry in Dickinson Law. Not sure if this is possible, because they seem to be behind a paywall, but I thought I would suggest it. HeinOnline

The repositories at the law schools are quite comprehensive, so this is lower priority now that we have the OAI importer bringing in metadata from the repositories. @ajkiessl Does the OAI importer bring in new publications, or just OA links for known publications?
