It would be nice to update this to use the term "paywall" and just generally make it more understandable to users. I'm also suggesting streamlining it a bit since we repeat some of this further down on the page.

We haven't been able to find an open access (non-paywalled) version of your publication <%= publication.title %>. To make this publication available without a paywall, submit a copy to ScholarSphere, Penn State's institutional repository, via the first form below. If you know of an open access version that our system did not find (this is rare), submit a URL for that version in the second form below. If you wish to waive the open access policy for this article, follow the link at the bottom of this page. With questions, contact the Office of Scholarly Communications and Copyright at openaccess@psu.edu.
