Changed the Rails version Ran Bundle update Made tests pass by

Migrations all needed a version
Parameters needed to be permitted
capybara output changed slightly

Ran Rubocop -a

Coverage increased (+2.02%) to 92.969% when pulling c0f851822b60d5e52919187e0bbb5d9090137bc0 on valkyrax into fc0bdd9c0a687bc8f22299c165632450849f5ac5 on develop.
