Collections are erring on QA and the error is not nice. On the bright side this bug really showed the DOI issue.

Coverage remained the same at 93.093% when pulling 0c777f11323d7828458ac85fa15c686493cd3781 on doi_bug into cb4921aa04601b3de3a34c0ec2bb11e3a0c6709b on develop.
