Update webdrivers gem to fix feature test errors #1630

We update the webdrivers gem each time there's a Chrome update. The batch edit test is now failing too unpredictably to be a tenable test. It's been disabled for now and could be renabled later once we can address the testing issues both locally and in Travis.
