This used to occur with Sufia 6.0

Also verify that the metadata field is getting migrated

The field exists but is not being set by the uploader. Confirmed that the path is being exported, but still need to confirm if the path gets imported.

Work created by export import include relative_path

Work created by uploading to QA does NOT include relative_path
