This pull request has a bunch of different changes requested from the sponsors.

On the signup page, I fixed the show password buttons so that they are level with the password input
On the team join page, I made the password input invisible and gave it a show password button
On the team home page, I changed "Members emails" to "Members Emails"
On the team create page, I gave the team password input a show password button
On the manual steps logging page and the nav bar, I removed all links to the steps calculator page
On the admin page, I reworded the "Steps Backlog Period" setting
On the forgot password page, I changed the fill to match the signup page and login page
On the profile page, I added the total number of steps walked
