Daisy Reader doesn't play the audio when MusicFileBrowser is running #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start MusicFileBrowser (note: I expect other music players would have a
similar effect)
2. Start Daisy Reader and navigate the a section of an audio book

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TBD depending on the circumstances. Here are some suggestions:

If the music player is actively playing music I guess the user should be
notified and offered the choice of:
   * stopping the music, which would allow the audio book to play
   * playing both together (cacophonous but allows the user the choice)

   * Or notify the user that the play feature is not available as it's
being used by another program (ideally tell them which program so they can
switch to it and stop it if they wish)

I've retested this capability with recent versions of the DaisyReader on a
Google IO device (when I was testing the A2DP integration) and noticed that the
book and the music player can play in parallel. So I'm closing this issue. We
could consider detecting whether the media player is idle before playing the
book, but that's a possible future feature request - not something I'm going to
work on without someone who wants this capability.
