This PR documents the creation of new homepage according to the mock shared via email. Also tweaked the styling for sign up page.

LGTM! Looks nice. Btw, what does 'cta' stand for? I think I saw that the id of something was join-cta.

Great question! In marketing speak, 'cta' means call to action. One of those buzzy startup words.
