Plugin UI unresponsive outside of top Left quadrant #102

After messing with VBII, all plugins dont respond outside of a limited portion of my screen.. If the plugin is outside there, it is completely unresponsive, and is hard for plugins even slightly bigger than 270 x 480P frustrating to use..
