(suggestion): Review libDAI #11

Just a suggestion: This seems like an interesting toolbox in the sense that you may want to see if there are any special tricks used that are useful for you too:

In the end, our toolbox has a bit of a different goal: real-time, matlab-based user interface and gaussian message passing (rather than discrete)

I've added a Related Projects wiki. In principle, all toolboxes listed on the wiki are interesting for review and inspiration, so I'll close this issue.
