Replace derived-example schema with scientific data distribution (sdd) #155

This also moves the classes Grant and Publication out of the base schema. With them go the properties: cites_as_authority and sponsor.

Related examples have been moved too.

We are forcing it in, the class shift is not handled well by the tests.
