epi is a functional scan type #127

@TobiasKadelka and @bpoldrack: Based on my understanding of the BIDS specs, epi refers to fieldmaps, not to functional EPI sequences. The latter should be labeled as bold. More info on the epi fieldmaps is also in the section on pepolar fieldmaps.

Thus, I think this pull request should no be merged.

Or did I misunderstand something?
