hirni-spec2bids does not remove temporary folders #145

not sure why, but I'm left with temporary hirni-tmp-.. folders under .git when done converting to bids.

I am using datalad 0.12.rc4, but a quick git blame on utils.py doesn't show any changes under rmtree in the last year - rmtree is supposed to take care of that tmp-dir removal (cf line 143).

In case this is not reproducible for you, I can give access to my medusa folder & environment (python 3.6.9).

I'll try to reproduce. But the conversion finished successful in your case?

conversion seems to have worked fine.
