Formatting of docs does not clearly distinguish between single and double dash #175

When viewing the docs (e.g. help on spec4anything, the formatting of the double-dash seems to get converted into an m-dash for the HTML view.

See for example the help: -h and --help seem to have almost an identical - in front (although at very close inspection, they are of slightly different length).

This is true in the main body of the page, as well as in the navigation/TOCs on the left.

Visually, this should more clearly distinguishable..
