Add KBI with minimal pointer about copy-paste issues on Windows #124

Arguably, the underlying issue is poorly understood. Nevertheless, it could be worthwhile to document that this issue can occur, and how to work around it. Maybe someone more knowledgeable could even find this and contribute with their better understanding of the issue. Closes #108

I am sorry that it was left unattended for so long. Given the fact we've all seen copy-paste password errors in office hours and similar, this is a helpful item, good to go as-is.
